THE CHAIRMAN OF THE APC IN WARD 16 OBIO/AKPOR LGA, MR ACHINIKE OWHOMKA LAUNCHES 'OPERATION ONE PLUS TEN' (1+10) OF THE FREE RIVERS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE IN THE WARD*

The Chairman of the APC in ward 16 Obio/Akpor LGA *Mr Achinike Owhomka* today lunched operation one plus ten (1+10) of the *Free Rivers Development Initiative* in the ward.

The Chairman performed the inauguration of the program during the ward 16 meeting with the Free Rivers Development Initiative held at the residence of *Hon Ben Ikezam* in Ozuoba today 19th August 2018.





The coordinator of the Free Rivers Development Initiative in ward 16 Obio/Akpor, *Hon. Micheal Amadi* in his speech informed the people and the unit coordinators of the imminent handover of the scheme to the party in the ward and the unfolding of the new phase of the initiative which is tagged *'Operation One Plus Ten'* as flagged off in PHALGA by the president general, *Engr. Sampson Ngeregbara* during the grand finale of the LGA's tour across the state.

*Hon. Michael Amadi*  reiterated the importance and necessity of the PVC in this forth coming general elections and the need for every unit coordinators to get their ten ten members ready as soon as practicable.

The Chairman of the APC in ward 16 Obio/Akpor, *Mr Achinike Owhomka* in his address urged the members of the party to take this phase of the mobilization very seriously. He also announced that the party Exco/Free Rivers ward coordinators will commence the verification of the one plus ten (1+10) implementation visit to all the 33 units of the ward from next week, to ascertain the level of compliance of the various units. He therefore implore everyone involved to try and deliver on this mandate. *Mr Achinike Owhomka* also charged those who might not be a member of the previous 10 man unit minders, but are capable of mobilizing their one plus ten man unit team to do so unhesitant and also inform the leadership of the party in the ward.

*Hon. Ben Ikezam*, in his vote of thanks urged the people not to be discouraged by any force as PDP is only struggling to keeping the inevitably dying party from unavoidable extinction.
